MissMuse – Shipping Policy

At MissMuse, every outfit is designed with elegance, crafted with care, and delivered with love. We’re committed to making sure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • We usually process and dispatch orders within 3-7 days of order confirmation (Monday–Saturday).

  • During high-demand periods (sale events, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery across India: 2–6 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays such as weather or strikes.

âš¡ Express Shipping

  • Available for prepaid orders in Delhi NCR and select metro cities.

  • Same-day delivery in Delhi NCR for prepaid orders placed before 9 AM (Monday–Saturday).

  • Express orders outside NCR are delivered in 2–4 working days.

  • Same-day and urgent deliveries are arranged via Porter / special courier partners (additional charges apply).

  • For express delivery requests, contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order.

📦 Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the order is returned to us due to customer-related reasons (e.g., wrong address, unreachable number, refusal to accept), a ₹200 reshipment fee will apply for sending it again.

💡 Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take slightly longer due to courier handling. For faster and smoother delivery, we recommend placing prepaid orders.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
