Size Exchange

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.

All requests are verified before processing.
Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup is available in most locations.

If reverse pickup is not available:

You may self-ship the item.

Courier charges will be reimbursed up to βΉ200 with valid proof of shipping.

Exchange is subject to size availability.

A βΉ199 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at the time of delivery of the exchange order.

If your size is unavailable:

Prepaid Orders β Refund to the original payment method (shipping & COD charges not refunded) OR store credit of product value (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).

COD Orders β Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).

Partial Exchanges β You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Partial Returns

Allowed for multi-item orders.

The return handling fee is applied once per order.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Prepaid Orders β Refund to the original payment method (shipping & COD charges not refunded).

COD Orders β Refund as store credit only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Damaged/Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference after verification.
Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.
