Size Exchange

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Prepaid Orders β Refund as store credit only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).

COD Orders β Refund as store credit only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Damaged/Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference after verification.
Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.

Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.Only exchange is allowed for sale items, subject to stock availability.
Gift cards and coupon codes can be applied during sales.
