Return Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Applicable only for orders placed outside sale periods.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • Caps, Hats, Masks

  • Socks, Boxers, Shorts

  • Bodysuits, Crop Tops, Tank Tops, Baby Tees

  • Stationery items such as Stickers

Product Condition

  • Items must be unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be intact.

Return Refusals

  • Returns may be declined if products appear:

    • Used or washed

    • Damaged, spoiled, or altered

  • Exceptions apply only if the item was received damaged.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective item, please share:

    • Unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the defect

  • Submit these via our Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.


Return Charges & Refunds

Return Fee

  • A ₹99 reverse shipment fee will be charged per order (not per item).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only as MissMuse Wallet credits.

  • Wallet credits will be sent via Email.


Exchange Policy

Exchange Fee

  • A ₹99 reverse shipment fee applies for both COD & Prepaid orders.

Price Difference in Exchanges

  • If the exchanged item costs more, the difference must be paid upfront (prepaid only).

  • If the exchanged item costs less, the remaining balance will be credited to your MissMuse Wallet.

Availability Issues

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable:

    • The product amount will be refunded to your MissMuse Wallet.

    • You may use this balance to place a new order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or replacement:

  • Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits

  • Caps, Hats, Masks

  • Boxers, Shorts

🚫 Items purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be exchanged.


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate the return or exchange via our Website.

  2. Follow the prompts shown on the platform.

  3. Requests are reviewed and accepted by the Customer Experience Team within 48 hours.

  4. Reverse pickup is arranged only after confirmation.

  5. Items must be packaged exactly as received.

🔁 Refunds for both COD and prepaid orders will be credited to the MissMuse Wallet.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.


Exchange & Refund Conditions

Covered Manufacturing Defects

We offer exchange or refund for the following issues:

  • Loose seams or stitching

  • Fabric discoloration or fading

  • Uneven dye application

  • Excessive pilling or fuzzing

  • Missing or misplaced embellishments

  • Severe wrinkling or creasing

  • Tears or frayed edges

  • Any defect affecting the look or functionality of the product

Not Covered

    • Damage due to improper washing or care

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Alterations made after purchase

    • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

    • Fabric damage from harsh chemicals or environmental exposure

Final Sale Disclaimer

  • Orders placed using MissMuse Wallet credits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Exchange orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • These transactions are considered final sale.
