However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free return, refund & exchange policy, with a few simple guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.
Return Guidelines
We accept returns if:
- A return/exchange request is raised within 72 hours of delivery via the Return/Exchange tab on our website.
- Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Clear images of the product (with tags visible) are uploaded while initiating the return request.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased during clearance or sale events.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- International orders.
Exchange Policy
- Products can only be exchanged for a different size of the same style (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must follow the same condition and packaging requirements as returns.
- Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product passes our quality check.
For COD Orders:
- Refunds are issued as a Store Credit (coupon code) worth the order value, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- This Store Credit will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your return is approved.
Pickup & Shipping
- We provide free doorstep pickup for returns and exchanges.
- Once your return is picked up, it may take 7–10 days to reach our warehouse. After inspection, your refund/exchange will be processed.
- If the product fails the quality check (used, damaged, or missing tags), the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed for dispatch.
How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request
- Go to the Return/Exchange tab on our website.
- Fill in your order details and upload product images with visible tags.
- Our team will arrange a pickup and keep you updated on the process.
